The DOGMA is a new Roces Skate Model. The Bobi Spassov Signature skate. Same construction as the old Valo brand skates. M12 shell with a skin over it. Paired with the 5th Element soul plate, Roces Street Frames, and 60mm wheels w/ Abec 5 bearings.
